OpenCode

What it does

The OpenCode card opens the open source coding agent in your project, as a Deska task or in a terminal panel running the opencode CLI. It uses the model providers you connected to OpenCode, and a connection can stay on one provider, such as Kimi, or let OpenCode pick among all of them. Its reasoning levels are called variants, and Deska reads its models and commands from the CLI. The providers it is connected to bill its usage, so Deska shows no usage gauge for it.

• Picking up the latest conversation in a folder after a restart, when you run it in a terminal

How to add it

Install the OpenCode CLI and connect a provider with opencode auth login. If it is not on this computer, the card says Not installed and offers Install, which runs the installer in a terminal panel.
