A few things worth knowing before you choose.
After 3 days on Pro or Cloud, your selected subscription is charged automatically. Yearly billing charges $79 for Pro or $278 for Cloud in one payment; monthly billing charges $9 or $29. A card is required. Cancel before the trial ends to pay nothing. There is one trial per account.
Yes, after your Cloud trial ends. Add computers from your account, up to five in total. Each additional computer is billed at your Cloud subscription rate and billing period, with the prorated charge shown before purchase.
The whole app on the computer in front of you: the canvas, panels, terminals, the editor, Git, your own coding agent and full write access. On the phone and in the browser you can see your computers and wake them, and opening one is what Pro buys.
One message you send Dex, typed or spoken. Everything he does to answer it is that one turn, whether he opens a panel or starts three coding agents and checks on them. A reminder or follow-up Dex runs on his own does not count, a message that fails before he answers does not count, and what you say to a coding agent in its own task never counts. The free plan gets five a day on each computer, back at midnight; Pro and Cloud have no count.
Yours. Deska drives the coding agent already installed on your machine, under your own login: Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Cursor, Antigravity, Pi, Hermes, Mistral Vibe, and Kimi Code. We do not resell tokens, and your work never runs through our keys.
Because it is the half that only exists with us. The desktop runs on your machine and costs us nothing, while every phone session is a live connection we keep open. Charging for that instead of for features is what lets the app itself stay whole and free.
Dictation into whatever field you have focused, and spoken replies. Both run on our keys, which is why they are metered at all. Your coding agent is not: it runs on your machine, under your own login.
A machine of ours that is yours alone, never shared with another customer. It runs the same Deska agent your own computers run, so your phone reaches it exactly the same way. It is there for the times your laptop is closed and something still has to run.
It sleeps when nothing is running and nobody is connected, and wakes when you reach for it. Its disk survives sleeping, so it comes back as the same computer with your files where you left them. An agent working with the lid closed is never interrupted, because that is the point of the plan.
You. We hold the provider account, so we could reach the console in an emergency, and we say so rather than pretending otherwise. There is no management agent on the box reading your data, and it dials out to reach you rather than listening for anyone.
